Noticing how you feel in these moments helps you determine how to respond and manage your reactions. Identifying signs of burnout early on encourages you to step back and ask important questions: “How am I feeling?” “What can I do about this?” and “What support can I seek?”

Declining tasks that stretch you too thin canhelp prevent exhaustion and keep you focused on what matters most.
Ask for Support When You Need It
Asking for help is a courageous act. Often, we push ourselves to handleeverything alone, but seeking support can be incredibly relieving. Most of thetime, there’s someone willing to lend a hand when you’re feeling burned out, giving you the space to focus on your priorities.
Evaluate New Work Carefully
Is it worth your time? Before taking on new responsibilities, consider whether they fit into your workload and if they are truly worth the effort. Sometimes, what seems urgent can wait, allowing you to focus on more meaningful tasks.
